• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. all orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post will process the order, which can take an additional 1-5 business days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination after the processing time. Look at the table below for shipping time. Please note that if you ordered different products we may ship them to you separately because we have multiple warehouses. Delays may occur during holiday seasons or due to other out-of-hand reasons related to the logistics company.
